The Rapture came to town yesterday and blessed Portland with two fine shows. One was at the Wonder Ballroom where they played to a sell-out crowd but the other was more unusual - they played a lunchtime show for the employees and guests of local ad firm, Wieden + Kennedy If you were one of the lucky 100 or so folks who were there you’ll know that all was well with the band in full stride…..and then the power went out! Great while it lasted though. Check out their new album, you’ll not be disappointed.
