Nice write up for P-Town in today’s NYT. Music gets mentioned but only in the usual Doug Fir context. Those NYT folks need to get out at night more. Still it’s great that the city gets props for being a great city to visit.

I would guess that unless you live in Portland and have visited the Moose HQ you’d have no idea what goes on in our giant building on SE Belmont St. We operate out of the Nemo Design building as we are umbilically linked to Nemo. Within this giant aircraft hangar of a building there are folks with disciplines in motion graphics, Flash, 3D, interactive web design, snow and skateboard marketing, video production, print and photography. The list goes on. And then there’s downstairs where the uncatagorizable Dave Seoane lurks. Dave’s a film maker and this is a short in which he explains his world and some of his methodology. Learn about the home on wheels that he built for himself inside his studio. And then ask yourself - why does Dave look like Charles Manson? Documentary info: Produced by Jaki King.
